How do I get to my room?

By stairs only. Our rooms are on the second and third floors, two and three flights up, and there is no lift. We help with your luggage when you arrive and when you leave.

When can I check in?

Check-in is from 3 to 5:30 p.m. Late arrival is possible at any time by arrangement; please ring us beforehand. If you are early, you can leave your bags with us.

Is breakfast included?

Yes, the breakfast buffet in the café is included in the room rate. It is served from 7 to 10 a.m. Monday to Saturday, and from 7:30 to 10 a.m. on Sundays and public holidays.

Where can I park?

We don’t have a car park of our own, I’m afraid. To unload, pull up at the Obstmarkt just opposite. In the old town you can park for 90 minutes free with a parking disc, needed Mon–Fri 8 a.m.–5 p.m. and Sat 8 a.m.–2 p.m. For your stay we recommend the town’s parking permit, €5.00 from the tourist office. Do keep an eye on the signs.

Is there somewhere to keep bikes and e-bikes?

Yes, we have a lockable bike room and charging for e-bikes. The room is open until 5:30 p.m. Just let us know when you arrive.

Can I bring my dog?

Yes, dogs are welcome for a surcharge of €10. Please let us know when you book.

How do I pay?

You pay here at the house, in cash or by the usual cards, including contactless. We do not charge your card when you book on the website.

What are the cancellation terms?

They depend on the room offer. You will see the terms with each offer before you confirm. To change or cancel a booking, please get in touch with us.
