Our Nördlinger Stadtpasteten combine equal parts nougat and pistachio marzipan, each coated in couverture by hand. We can wrap them as a gift to take home from Nördlingen.

From the autumn counter

Our chestnuts

Rolled all over in chocolate sprinkles and split open at the top like a fresh chestnut in its shell, with a glossy centre and a white rim. Our chestnuts are made by hand in the bakery. Ask at the counter whether there are any today.

At the counter we put chocolates and Stadtpasteten together for you and wrap them as a gift. For larger amounts, for your team or your guests, please call us beforehand.

Made by hand

In these photographs, our team fills moulds with chocolate, places each nut by hand and shapes individual chocolates using a piping bag.
