Common questions

For advice, call us or come to the counter.

How early should I enquire about a cake?

As soon as you have a date. Wedding cakes and more elaborate designs in particular need some notice. Whether we can make your cake for that day is something we confirm with you in person.

What does a made-to-order cake cost?

That depends on size, ingredients and decoration. Once we know what you would like, we will send you a quote.

Can I bring photos or ideas?

Yes, please do. Bring pictures to your consultation or send them to us by email. Together we will work out what can be done.

Is an enquiry already an order?

No, an enquiry is not binding. Your order is only confirmed once we have agreed the design, the price and the collection time with you.
