Piping cream rosettes

Made by hand, since 1962

We bake from family recipes, in our own bakery on the market square since 1962. Cakes, pastries and chocolates are all made there by hand.

Slice of Rieskratertorte, the house speciality

Our house speciality

The Rieskratertorte

We layer light sponge and chocolate sponge with arrack buttercream, top it with marzipan and coat the cake in dark couverture. The slanted layers recall the Ries crater, and every slice carries a Geopark Ries plaque.

Gerd Müller cake

From Nördlingen

The Gerd Müller cake

Gerd Müller was born in Nördlingen in 1945. For his cake, we fill light sponge layers with kirsch buttercream and lingonberry jam, set them off with golden brittle and top them with pistachio marzipan. Similar to a Frankfurter Kranz, each slice carries a white chocolate plaque showing his name and famous shot.
